Carolina Fractional's Exclusive SafePurchase Program

Carolina Fractional has introduced a new program to assure fractional buyers that their investment is sound. The plan has two components:

1. Price Protection. Fractions are priced fairly, with many well below market and appraised value. The sellers have pledged not to sell subsequent fractions in the same property for less than the initial offering price. This protects the equity of all owners.

2. Value Protection. Many of our sellers have signed agreements that protect buyer's equity against market fluctuations- specifically, offering to refund a pre-specified amount to a buyer if an appraisal that occurs one year after closing is lower than the buyer's purchase price.
